What is Quotable Payments?

Learn what Quotable Payments does and how businesses use it to make and track cross-border payments.

What is Quotable Payments?

Quotable Payments gives approved businesses one secure workspace to create and track cross-border payments, including payments to international vendors and suppliers.

From the same workspace, an approved business can:

  • Add and manage Saved Bank Accounts used to fund payments.

  • Add and manage recipients and their bank details.

  • Enter the amount to send or the amount the recipient should receive.

  • Review the available exchange rate and payment details before submitting.

  • Complete two-step verification for each payment.

  • Use the funding instructions provided after submission.

  • Track payment progress from the account dashboard or transaction history.

How to make and track a payment

  1. Set up your business and complete the required review.

  2. Add a Saved Bank Account and a recipient.

  3. Create a payment and review the rate and payment details.

  4. Complete two-step verification and submit the payment.

  5. Send funds using the displayed funding instructions.

  6. Track the payment until it reaches a final status.

A submitted payment is recorded in Quotable Payments, but recording a payment does not mean the funds have been received by Quotable, delivered to the recipient, or completed. Always check the current payment status.

Who can use it?

Quotable Payments is available to eligible business customers. Supported payment corridors and verification requirements vary. During setup, Quotable Payments shows the information and documents required for your business.
