Using the Quotable Wallet in the Philippine Market

Quotable Wallet is a digital payment solution integrated directly into Quotable AI. It functions as your business payment account where you can load funds and pay suppliers instantly without leaving the platform. Think of it as your digital checkbook, instant, and connected to every transaction.

Key Benefits:

Go to Settings → Payment Methods → Quotable Wallet and click Activate Business Wallet. Complete the verification process by submitting required business documents (business registration, tax certificates, authorized signatory IDs).

Wait for approval, typically processed within 5-10 business days. Once approved, your Quotable Wallet is ready to use.

Click Top Up in your Quotable Wallet dashboard.

Transfer to the account shown in your dashboard. Once funds have cleared, you can start using the wallet to pay your suppliers.

When you receive a bill or invoice, click Pay with Quotable Wallet.

The system shows your current wallet balance. Confirm payment amount and recipient details.

Click Pay Now and choose wallet as the payment method, transfer instantly from your wallet to the supplier. Both parties receive payment confirmation immediately.

Even if suppliers haven't set up their Quotable Wallet or bank accounts in the system, you can still pay them.

Quotable Wallet supports partial payments. Pay any amount from your wallet balance, even if less than the total invoice amount. The system tracks remaining balance automatically. Continue making partial payments until invoice is fully settled.

When paying via Quotable Wallet, you see multiple options on the Payment Page: pay to supplier's saved bank accounts (if they've added them), enter any bank account manually, or adjust payment amount as needed.

If suppliers have added bank accounts to their settings, these appear as suggested options. You can select a suggested account or enter different bank details manually. All fields (bank, account name, account number) are editable for complete flexibility.

The amount field pre-fills with the invoice total, but you can modify it. Pay the full amount, partial amount, or even overpay if needed. The system tracks actual payment against invoice balance.

View your current Quotable Wallet balance anytime from the wallet dashboard. Balance updates in real-time as you load funds or make payments.

See complete history of all wallet transactions including cash-ins (fund loads), payments made, payment receipts, dates, amounts, and recipient details. Filter by date range or transaction type. Download transaction reports for accounting reconciliation.

If you have unused balance, request withdrawal to your registered bank account. Enter withdrawal amount and confirm bank details. Processing time varies based on withdrawal method (InstaPay vs PESONet).

For amounts up to PHP 50,000. Real-time bank transfers. Funds credited instantly to recipient's account. Available 24/7 including weekends and holidays.

For larger amounts or batch payments. Bank transfers process on banking days. Funds credited within same banking day or next banking day. Lower transaction fees for high-value transfers.

NOTE: Fees will range from P10-P15 per transfer depending on your subscription tier.
