Buyers pay invoices directly from email links without logging in. Funds are deposited directly to your account. Transaction fees apply based on your region and payment method.

For Philippine market transactions, Quotable Payments is powered by PayMongo. Accept credit/debit cards, GCash, Maya, and other local Philippine payment methods.

Accept or send payments to any bank via the Quotable Wallet, payment is processed via the InstaPay or PESONet networks.

When creating invoices, payment links are automatically embedded. Buyers receive invoices with "Pay Now" buttons in email. Payments process instantly and you receive notifications when paid.

Open invoice email or bill in your Quotable account. Click Pay Now to access Quotable Payments. Choose your payment method (card, GCash, digital wallet, etc.). Complete the secure payment transaction. Receive instant confirmation and payment receipt.

Record payments made via wire transfer, ACH, or direct deposit. Enter transaction reference number, payment date, and amount. Upload bank receipt or transfer confirmation as proof. Seller verifies payment and updates status to Paid.

Record check payments with check number and date. Upload photo or scan of the check as documentation. Seller confirms check receipt and clearance before marking as verified.

Record cash payments for walk-in transactions or COD deliveries. Enter payment amount and date received. Upload receipt or acknowledgment as proof of payment.

Record any other payment method not covered above. Include relevant transaction details and upload supporting documentation. Maintains complete audit trail regardless of payment type.
