What are No-Login Links?

No-login links (also called magic links or guest links) allow buyers and suppliers to view, respond to, and take action on documents without creating a Quotable account.

Recipients simply click the link in their email or messenger app to access documents and complete actions like accepting quotes, uploading POs, or confirming deliveries.

Key Benefits:

  • Recipients don't need to create accounts or remember passwords

  • Instant access to documents via email or share links

  • Buyers can view quotes and upload POs directly

  • Suppliers can respond to RFQs without logging in

  • Reduces friction and speeds up transaction cycles

  • If the recipient decides to claim their account later, all of their documents will show up

How No-Login Links Work

For Sellers Sending Quotes to Buyers without a Quotable Account

When you send a quote to a buyer, they receive an email with a secure link. Buyers click the link and see the quote details without logging in. They can view the quote, download or print.

For Sellers Sending Invoices to Buyers without a Quotable Account

When you send an invoice, buyers receive an email with a link to view the invoice. They can review details, download or print the invoice, and make payments via embedded payment links, all without logging in.

For Buyers Sending RFQs

When you send an RFQ to suppliers with a Quotable account, they receive email invitations with links to view your requirements. Suppliers click the link, see the RFQ details, and can submit quotes with a few clicks.

You can also share a no-login link to any supplier outside of your network with or without a Quotable account. The supplier enters their info and pricing, once the quote submitted it goes straight into your Quotable dashboard in real time.

For Order Acceptance from Suppliers without a Quotable Account

When Purchase Orders are sent, sellers receive email links to view, download or print the orders. They can upload their sales order or invoice directly via a no-login link to confirm the PO. The invoice will then go straight into the the Buyer's Quotable account.

What Recipients Can Do via No-Login Links

View, Download, and Print Documents

Recipients can view, download, and print complete document details including line items, pricing, terms, delivery information, and any attached files.

Respond to RFQs

Sellers can respond to RFQs without a Quotable account. Sellers simply need to enter their pricing, qty, terms and attach any files. The buyer who created the RFQ will get their quote in real time straight to their Quotable AI account.

Upload Documents

Buyers can upload Purchase Orders in response to quotes. Suppliers can upload supporting invoices, documents or proof of delivery via the link.

Make Payments

Buyers can pay invoices via embedded payment links directly from the email without needing a Quotable account. They can also upload manual payment records to show proof of payment if paying directly via bank deposit, check, and other offline methods.

Sending Documents with No-Login Links

When creating any document (Quote, RFQ, PO, Invoice), simply enter the recipient's email address. The system automatically generates a secure link and sends it via email notification. Recipients receive the email with document details and a clear call-to-action button to view and respond.

Security and Access

Two Types of Links

Shared Links (RFQs):

When sending RFQs to suppliers not in the system, you can share one link with multiple suppliers. Suppliers click the link and enter their company name, email, and quote details to identify themselves. All submissions are tracked and logged.

Unique Links (Quotes, Sales Orders, Invoices, POs, Deliveries):

When sending Quotes, Sales Orders, Invoices, Deliveries, or Purchase Orders, each recipient receives a unique link sent to their email address. These links are tied to specific recipients and documents.

Transition to Full Accounts

Recipients using no-login links can choose to create full Quotable accounts at any time. Creating an account provides dashboard access, order history, and faster repeat transactions.

Result

No-login links eliminate the biggest barrier to B2B collaboration, requiring trading partners to create yet another account. Transactions flow smoothly via email, reducing friction and enabling you to work with anyone regardless of their Quotable adoption.
