Add or edit a Saved Bank Account

Save the bank account your business will use to fund payments.

What is a Saved Bank Account?

A Saved Bank Account is a bank account your business stores in Quotable Payments for payment setup. Adding it does not move money or authorize an automatic debit.

Add a Saved Bank Account

  1. Sign in to Quotable Payments.

  2. Open Saved Bank Accounts from your account navigation.

  3. Select Add bank account.

  4. Enter the requested bank and account details exactly as they appear in your banking records.

  5. If needed, add an account nickname your team will recognize.

  6. Review the details and save the account.

For an account nickname, use a label such as “Operating account” or “USD payments.” Do not enter an account number, IBAN, password, or security code in the nickname.

Edit a Saved Bank Account

Open the account from Saved Bank Accounts and select the management or edit action shown. Check every changed field before you save.

Keep account details secure

  • Only add accounts owned or authorized for use by your business.

  • Confirm changes through a trusted internal process.

  • Never share online-banking passwords, one-time codes, or security answers in Quotable Payments.

  • Contact your bank if you are unsure which bank details to use.
