What is a Global Account?
Eligible Quotable Payments businesses can activate a virtual multi-currency Global Account. The account may show local receiving details, international receiving details, or both, based on the currency and your business setup.
You can use an active Global Account to:
Receive supported transfers from customers or other approved payers.
Add your own funds from an approved business bank account.
Hold an available balance in the account currency.
Make payments using the available Global Account balance.
Review incoming and outgoing account activity.
Global Accounts and traditional bank accounts
Global Accounts aren't customer-owned bank deposit accounts. The account details and transfer routes available to you depend on the currency, your business location, eligibility, and account setup.
Where to find your accounts
Sign in to Quotable Payments.
Open Global Accounts from the account navigation.
Select an active account to view its balance, receiving details, and recent activity.
Always use the account details displayed for the selected currency. Details copied from another Global Account can send funds to the wrong route or delay processing.
