How It Works
Upload Document
Upload a document via the Quotable app, forward it to your unique inbox email address, or use a no-login upload link. AI begins processing immediately.
Detect and Classify
AI automatically detects the document type: Quote, Purchase Order, Invoice, Delivery Receipt, Packing List, Payment Receipt, or Compliance Document. Classification happens instantly.
Extract Data
AI extracts structured information including sender/recipient details, document numbers, line items with descriptions and quantities, totals and currencies, dates, payment terms, and all other fields from the document.
Populate Forms
Extracted data automatically fills the appropriate Quotable form (Invoice, Bill, PO, etc.). The original uploaded document is attached as reference. Fields are pre-filled and ready for review.
